Free Discovery and Culture Audit
We conduct an audit of your business reviewing current state of leadership and culture and what success looks like in the near to long terms future. We do this free of charge and provide a report for review.
Program Proposal
We map out a program based on our findings and you receive a custom scope and timeline of investment. We work with you on clear measurables for the program to ensure success.
Program Delivery
A program which may include surveys, reviews, assessments, training, coaching and workshops. The program is delivered and tracked by The Mindshift Lab to completion.
Program Review
At the end of the program, we conduct a debrief with the business focusing on the agreed outcomes, and a clear picture of what's next.
