Who runs it
Steve is a leadership and culture specialist with over a decade of experience in leadership, culture and building high performing teams.
Originally from the UK, Steve built his career across some of Australia's most demanding industries, rising from the ground up to Head of Safety within Virgin Australia and achieving the highest sustained employee engagement score in the Regional Airline in Perth.
